Sing bhajans and kirtans of Lord Krishna throughout the day. Recite or listen to the Gita. Visit a temple for darshan (sacred viewing). If possible, recite or listen to the Bhagavat Purana.

At midnight, during Lord Krishna’s birth time, perform special puja and aarti (the ritual of light). Place the idol of the Lord in infant form in a cradle. Offer bhog of butter, rock sugar, milk and dry fruits.
